New Delhi. On hearing the name of commercial vehicles, a picture of simple cabin, heavy steering and basic facilities emerges in the mind. But after seeing Mahindra’s new mini truck, all your old notions will be broken. The company has launched its popular mini truck Veero.
A new CNG model of (Mahindra Veero XXL CNG) has been launched and the diesel variant has been equipped with high-tech features. With a mileage of more than 21 km in 1 CNG and a galloping ability on narrow roads, this mini truck is a great option for delivery and transport businessmen.
Loading and unloading in urban areas, crowded markets and narrow streets often becomes a headache for drivers. Mahindra has launched Veero XXL CNG as a solution to this problem. Its turning radius is only 5.1 meters, due to which it turns easily without any hassle even on the tightest turns. It has a cargo deck of 2,900 mm i.e. 9.5 feet long with a payload capacity of 1.1 ton. The cargo deck of the Veero is the longest in this segment. This mini truck is ideally suited for FMCG distribution, e-commerce delivery, intra-city transport of fruits-vegetables and courier parcels.
Range more than 450 km
In terms of mileage, this new mini truck will directly save your pocket. It has a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated engine, which generates power of 65 bhp and torque of 98 Nm. Its ARAI-certified fuel efficiency is 21.4 km/kg. The most important thing is that including both petrol and CNG fuel options, its total driving range is more than 450 kilometers.
10.25 inch screen and remote AC
Mahindra has added such features to the upgraded Vero diesel which are rarely seen even in a budget hatchback. 10.25 inch touchscreen infotainment system, which supports both Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Voice command facility in many Indian languages and cruise control has been provided to make long distance driving easier.
It has iMAXX connected technology. Apart from the facility to turn on remote AC from the phone itself, there are more than 50 connected features, which include live vehicle tracking, geofencing and fuel tracking. AC with heater, reclining driver seat, flat-fold seats for sleeping and power windows and fast charging port will be available as standard in all variants.
Mahindra Veero Price
The ex-showroom price of V2 variant of Veero 1.1 XXL CNG has been kept at ₹ 8.25 lakh and the price of V4 variant has been kept at ₹ 8.55 lakh. Its delivery will start from 20 September 2026. Prices for the upgraded Veero Diesel start from ₹8.29 lakh (1.5 XL SD V2) to ₹9.45 lakh for the top variants. The company has launched it in the market for sale.
