Toyota Kirloskar Motor has launched the facelift version of Glanza in India in October 2026. Its ex-showroom prices start from ₹ 6.99 lakh and go up to ₹ 10.98 lakh. This premium hatchback shares the platform with Suzuki Baleno and now comes with a new 1.2-litre three-cylinder Z12E petrol engine. In petrol mode it gives 83 hp and 112 Nm torque, while in CNG the power remains at 70 hp and 102 Nm. Both options are available with 5-speed manual and 5-speed AMT.
CNG AMT option has been added for the first time. Changes have been made in the exterior design in the front grille, bumper and lighting. It has been introduced with two new color options – Digital Teal Green and Bluish Black. For safety, six airbags are standard in all variants. It is being offered in a total of five variant options – E, S, G, V and V(O). Let us know about the price and features of each variant.
Toyota Glanza E (₹6.99 lakh ex-showroom, petrol MT only)
The base variant E gets 15-inch steel wheels, projector halogen headlamps, LED tail lamps, keyless entry, shark-fin antenna, dual-tone interior, fabric upholstery, tilt steering, all power windows, 60:40 split rear seats and rear defogger. Safety features include six airbags, ABS+EBD, ESP, hill hold, ISOFIX and rear parking sensors. No TPMS and touchscreen. This is a budget-friendly option, but infotainment and comfort features are limited. Available only in petrol manual, it is suitable for those who want to meet basic needs.
Toyota Glanza S (Starts at ₹7.71 lakh, Petrol/CNG, MT/AMT)
The S variant is much better than the E. It gets body-coloured door handles and ORVMs, 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system (wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay), TPMS, rear AC vents, electrically adjustable and foldable ORVMs, steering-mounted controls, front armrest, rear USB Type A and Type C ports with four speakers. CNG option is also available. This variant gives a good balance for everyday use. Many buyers may like it due to the right combination of price and features.
Toyota Glanza G (Starts at ₹8.73 lakh, Petrol/CNG, MT/AMT)
The G variant comes with full LED lighting, automatic headlamps, LED DRLs, 16-inch alloy wheels, 9-inch touchscreen, ARKAMYS 6-speaker sound system, voice assistant, connected car technology (Toyota i-Connect), push-button start, telescopic steering, driver seat height adjustment, automatic climate control, wireless charger (with cooling vents), rear wiper and Rearview cameras are added. This is considered to be the most balanced variant, because all the powertrain options are available in it and the necessary premium features are available.
Toyota Glanza V (Starts at ₹9.99 lakh, petrol MT/AMT only)
Apart from G, the V variant gets 360-degree camera, head-up display (HUD), cruise control, auto-dimming IRVM, leatherette seat upholstery, leather-wrapped steering, ventilated front seats, LED fog lamps and Clarion premium sound system. It is quite loaded in terms of comfort and technology. There is no CNG option. This is a good option for those who want premium feel and advanced features.
Toyota Glanza V(O) (Starts at ₹10.49 lakh, petrol MT/AMT only)
The top variant V(O) not only has all the features of the V but also gets the Level 2 ADAS package. This includes Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Keep Assist, Lane Departure Warning, Autonomous Emergency Braking, Forward Collision Warning and High Beam Assist. This is the most advanced in terms of safety. The price is a bit high, but it is best suited for buyers who want a modern driver assistance system.
Which variant is best?
According to most experts and reviews, the G variant offers the best balance. It has all the powertrain options available including 9-inch screen, auto AC, wireless charger, alloy wheels, LED lights and CNG. The price also does not increase much. If budget is limited then S is good. Choose V for premium features and ventilated seats. When ADAS is required, V(O) will be better.
The Glanza facelift has improved both features and efficiency, making it a strong contender in the premium hatchback segment. Bookings are open and deliveries are scheduled to begin from the first week of November. If you are planning to buy, then definitely take a test drive first.
