Angkrish Raghuvanshi and Suryansh Shedge have been included in Mumbai’s squad for its Ranji Trophy fixture against Himachal Pradesh, beginning Sunday.
The team reached Bilaspur late on Thursday.
Raghuvanshi replaces Ayush Mhatre, who has been ruled out for four to six weeks with a right hamstring tear sustained during Mumbai’s season opener against Chandigarh. Raghuvanshi recently struck 201 off 248 balls against Bengal in a Col. C. K. Nayudu Trophy fixture in Kolkata.
Shedge comes in for Yashasvi Jaiswal, who will join the India ‘A’ squad for its tour of New Zealand ahead of the two-Test series in November. Raghuvanshi is likely to open alongside Divyaansh Saxena against Himachal.
