Honda Elevate Facelift: Honda is going to introduce its popular mid-size SUV in a new avatar. The company has also started pre-booking by releasing the first teaser of its facelift model on 1st October i.e. today. The new Honda Elevate Facelift will be launched in India on 6 October 2026. Customers can book it at authorized Honda dealerships by paying Rs 21,000. The special thing is that India will be the first market to get this updated Elevate globally.

The biggest change in the new model will be seen in its design and features. A new LED lighting signature has been seen in the teaser, while preparations are on to make the cabin more premium. Features like large infotainment screen, ventilated seats and 360-degree camera are expected to be available. However, its existing 1.5-litre petrol engine will be retained. Let us know about the possible details.

Design

The biggest change in the exterior of the new Honda Elevate Facelift will be seen in the front profile. The teaser shows a new segmented horizontal LED lighting signature, which comes from both sides towards the middle. The black mesh pattern in the grille and the position of the Honda badge have also been changed. The basic design of the bonnet and roof rails is expected to remain the same as the current model. Apart from this, there is a possibility of getting new bumper, alloy wheels and new twin LED tail-lamp strip in the rear.

interior

The basic layout of the cabin may remain the same as the current Elevate, but new upholstery and trim finishes may be given to make it more premium. The teaser also shows a black and white dashboard theme along with ambient lighting. This will give the cabin a more upmarket look than before.

Features

The most important updates in the facelift can be seen in the feature list. It is expected to have a large 10.25-inch infotainment touchscreen. Ventilated front seats and factory-fitted 360-degree camera can also be provided in the top variant. These features are available as accessories in the current model. It is possible that these may come as integrated features in the new model.

Safety

In terms of safety, Honda Elevate is already equipped with ADAS. It has features like Collision Mitigation Braking System, Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Keeping Assist System and Road Departure Mitigation under Honda Sensing. Some changes are expected to be made in the ADAS package in the facelift. 360-degree camera will also help in improving safety and parking.

Engine and Performance

No major changes are expected in the mechanical setup of Honda Elevate Facelift. The existing 1.5-litre, 4-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine will remain intact. This engine generates power of 121 hp and torque of 145 Nm. Transmission options will include 6-speed manual and CVT automatic. That means the main focus of the facelift will be on updating the design, cabin and features instead of changing the engine performance.

The official price of Honda Elevate Facelift will be revealed during the launch on 6th October. There is a possibility of increase in its price compared to the current model, especially considering the new features and updated design.
