Apple’s iPhone Duo will be launched on October 23.

New Delhi. Whenever Apple’s iPhone is launched, there is a craze for it in India. You must have also seen it on social media after the launch of iPhone 17 and 18. This time Apple is bringing a product on which the company has put a condition even before its launch. Apple has said that only 2 phones will be sold to one customer. This is perhaps the first time that a company has had to impose such a capping on the sale of its products.

Apple Duo is going to be launched in India on 23 October. Earlier, a capping is visible on the purchase of iPhone on Apple’s Indian online store. It says that a customer can buy only a maximum of two iPhones. This limit will also apply to purchasing iPhones of the same model or different models. This means that there may be a ban on purchasing the third iPhone from the online store.

No online purchasing allowed
However, the reason for imposing this limit has not been clarified by Apple. Currently this rule has been seen on Indian online stores. It has not been confirmed whether the same limit is applicable on the company’s offline stores also. Information has been given on the company’s online store that only two Apple Duos will be sold to one customer. However, no such rule has been cleared yet on offline stores.

Decision taken due to high demand
Apple has imposed this cap in view of the high demand for the phone. iPhone Duo will be launched in India on 23rd October, but its pre-order has started from 16th October itself, where tremendous demand is being seen. For this reason the company has put a cap on its sales. The starting price of this phone in India is Rs 2,99,900. This is Apple’s first foldable phone. The company has imposed this cap not only in India, but also in America, China, Singapore and Hong Kong. Apple has said that this phone will be available in India from October 23 and will be sold through the company’s website and retail partners.
