Vivo has launched its new 5G smartphone Vivo Y32 5G in Nepal. The biggest feature of the phone is its large 8,000mAh battery. Apart from this, it also has Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 processor, 120Hz display and IP69 rating. The phone has been introduced in three RAM and storage configurations. Its starting price is NPR 39,999 i.e. around ₹ 25,000.
This smartphone is the next model of Vivo Y32 4G. 5G connectivity is also provided with the processor in the new phone. At present the company has not given any information regarding its launch in India.
Vivo Y32 5G price and availability
Vivo Y32 5G can be purchased in Nepal in Sunset Orange and Twilight Red color options. The price of its three variants is as follows:
4GB RAM + 128GB storage: NPR 39,999 (approximately ₹25,000)
6GB RAM + 128GB storage: NPR 45,999 (approximately ₹28,600)
6GB RAM + 256GB storage: NPR 52,999 (about ₹33,000)
The company has not yet announced the price or launch date of the phone in India.
Specifications of Vivo Y32 5G
Vivo Y32 5G has a 6.87 inch LCD display, whose resolution is 1592 × 720 pixels. The screen supports 120Hz refresh rate and peak outdoor brightness of up to 1,300 nits. It has also been given low blue light certification by TÜV Rhineland.
The phone has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 processor built on 4nm technology. With this, up to 6GB LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB UFS 2.2 storage is available. Storage can be increased up to 2TB with the help of microSD card.
This smartphone runs on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16. However, Vivo has not given any information regarding the duration of its software update.
8,000mAh battery and 44W charging
Vivo Y32 5G has an 8,000mAh battery, which supports 44W wired charging and 7.5W reverse charging. The company claims that the battery can retain more than 80% of its capacity even after 1,500 charging cycles.
For photography, the phone has a 50MP primary rear camera and 2MP auxiliary sensor. An 8MP front camera is available for selfies and video calls.
IP69 rating and military-grade protection
Vivo Y32 5G has received IP68 and IP69 ratings for water and dust protection. The phone also has MIL-STD-810H and 5-star drop-resistance certification from SGS. Apart from this, it has features like stereo speakers, NFC and side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
