Mini India has officially launched the Cooper Oxford Edition. Its ex-showroom price has been kept at Rs 55.50 lakh. This limited-edition model has been launched at the newly opened Mini Speed Motorwagen dealership in Lucknow. Bookings have now started at authorized Mini dealerships across the country and deliveries are starting immediately. This car is being imported as CBU i.e. Completely Built Unit and is based on the Preferred Pack.
The Oxford Edition celebrates 25 years of the modern Mini. This is a tribute to the plant in Oxford, UK, where the classic Mini was manufactured since 1959 and the modern Mini since 2001. Being available in limited numbers, it holds special appeal for buyers. With great pricing and booking convenience, it adds a new addition to British heritage to the premium hatchback segment.

Union Jack theme is prominent in the design. It is available in two exterior color options: Indigo Sunset Blue and Chilli Red. Both versions have Union Jack design on white contrast roof, white mirror caps and 18-inch slide spoke two-tone alloy wheels. There are also Union Jack-inspired stripes on the bonnet and tailgate and a crossed Union Jack and checkered flag sticker on the boot lid.
Cabin and Comfort
The same theme continues in the interior as well. The Union Jack design is visible on the steering wheel, floor mats, door sills and key caps. The JCW sport seats are in Vesin black upholstery.
