India and Pakistan have produced some of the most closely followed matches in Cricket World Cup history. Their meetings have been a recurring feature of the tournament since 1992, with the latest coming at the 2023 World Cup in Ahmedabad.
India and Pakistan have been drawn in the same group once again. They will face each other on October 10 in Johannesburg.
Additionally, due to the new format, India has a chance to face Pakistan once again in the Super 7 stage on November 7 in Cape Town if both teams qualify from the group A.
