Toyota Cars Sales September 2026: Which model was the most popular among Toyota cars in September? The Hyrider took the first position with sales of 7,115 units, while the Innova Hycross stood at the second position. Year-on-year growth was also recorded in sales of Fortuner, Taser and Rumion. Toyota Innova Hycross: Hycross stood at the second position with sales of 4,595 units and 18.36% market share. Its muscular SUV-like stance and chrome grille looks quite premium. The interior has ottoman seats, 10.1-inch infotainment and panoramic sunroof. It is equipped with Toyota Safety Sense (ADAS) and 6 airbags. It has the option of 2.0-litre petrol and strong hybrid engine, which provides a mileage of up to 21.14 km/litre.
Toyota Innova Crysta: It recorded sales of 3,413 units and saw a growth of 1.97% year-on-year. Its classic boxy MPV look and large grille give it a strong identity. The cabin is extremely spacious in 7 and 8-seater layouts, with leather seats and an 8-inch touchscreen. For safety, there are 7 airbags, ABS and VSC. It has a 2.4-litre diesel engine (150 PS), which gives a mileage of around 13 to 15 km/litre.
Toyota Fortuner: Fortuner has seen strong sales of 3,185 units in September with an annual growth of 14.44%. Its rugged SUV stance, high ground clearance and LED headlamps create good road presence. The interior has the safety of ventilated seats, cruise control and 7 airbags. It comes in 2.7-litre petrol and 2.8-litre turbo diesel engines with 4×4 option, whose mileage is around 10 to 14 km/litre.

Toyota Taisor: Taisor touched a total sales figure of 3,097 units with an annual jump of 34.83%. The coupe-style SUV roofline and attractive front grille give it a sporty look. Inside, a 9-inch screen, head-up display, 360-degree camera and 6 airbags are provided. It is available in 1.2-litre petrol and 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engines (including CNG option). Its petrol model gives mileage up to 22.8 km/litre and CNG variant up to 28.5 km/kg.
Toyota Rumion: It recorded strong sales of 2,481 units with a strong YoY growth of 199.28%. Its MPV design is quite sober with chrome grille and stylish alloy wheels. The interior has 7-seater comfortable space, automatic AC and 7-inch infotainment system. 4 airbags and ESP have been provided for safety. It has a 1.5 liter K-series petrol engine, which gives a mileage of 20.51 km/liter on petrol and 26.11 km/kg on CNG.
Toyota Hilux: This lifestyle pickup truck touched the sales figure of 376 units with an annual growth of 71.69%. Its aggressive off-road look, large cargo deck and high stance are very powerful. The cabin has premium upholstery, dual-zone climate control, touchscreen and 7 airbags. It has a 2.8-litre turbo-diesel engine (204 PS), which gives a mileage of around 10 to 12 km/litre with standard 4×4 capability and 500 Nm torque.
Toyota Camry: This luxury sedan registered an annual growth of 75.18% and touched the total sales figure of 240 units. Its aerodynamic, low-slung and elegant silhouette gives it a very classic look. Reclining rear seats, JBL audio, 9 airbags and Toyota Safety Sense (ADAS) provide luxury experience. It has a 2.5-litre petrol strong hybrid powertrain, which delivers an excellent mileage of 19.1 km/litre with a powerful 218 PS power.
