Maruti Suzuki has now introduced CNG versions of Swift, Dzire and Baleno with automatic gearbox. The special thing is that all three cars have 5-speed AGS transmission with factory-fitted CNG. Dzire CNG AMT gives a mileage of up to 36.47 km/kg, while Swift and Baleno also give a mileage of around 35 km/kg. Maruti Suzuki has recently introduced factory-fitted CNG versions of its three popular cars – Swift, Dzire and Baleno with automatic gearbox (AMT). The company has now also released the complete variant-wise price list of these three models. These versions come with a 1.2-litre Z-series three-cylinder engine, which produces around 70 hp power and 102 Nm torque in CNG mode. The 5-speed Auto Gear Shift (AGS) transmission makes driving easy, especially in city traffic.
Dezire CNG AMT gives a claimed mileage of 36.47 km/kg, Swift 35.34 km/kg and Baleno 34.47 km/kg. These prices are ex-showroom and are considered to be special launch prices for the festive season. Compared to CNG manual, a premium of around Rs 35,000 will be charged on Swift and Dezire while Rs 40,000 on Baleno. See the full price list-

Maruti Swift CNG AMT
Swift CNG AMT is the cheapest offering. It is available in VXI, VXI (O) and ZXI variants. The low price coupled with good mileage and smooth automatic driving make it attractive for budget buyers. Compared to CNG manual, it costs around Rs 35,000 extra. This is a great option for daily driving in the city.
Maruti Dzire CNG AMT
Dezire CNG AMT offers the highest mileage in the sedan segment. It is available in VXI and ZXI variant options. It is the perfect combination of space, comfort and low running costs for the family. Boot space is limited due to the CNG tank, but the fuel economy makes it special. It is Rs 35,000 more expensive than the manual.
Maruti Baleno CNG AMT
Baleno CNG AMT is available on Nexa channel. This premium hatchback will come with automatic CNG powertrain in Delta and Zeta variants. Buyers are liking the combination of features, style and automatic features along with low fuel consumption. The premium for manual CNG is Rs 40,000. It can prove to be a balanced option for both city and highway.
