Lingverse has introduced a new AI device named iKairos at IFA 2026, which can work as both a desktop robot and a wearable pendant. This device has been designed to collect information from the user’s daily activities, preferences and experiences and give suggestions on that basis.

The main part of iKairos is a round-shaped AI Core, which can be installed in different hardware. It has been shown inside a small desktop robot at IFA 2026. If needed, this core can be removed and worn around the neck as a pendant.

In desktop mode, the robot can see the surrounding things, while in pendant mode, it can stay with the user even outside the desk. In this way the device keeps collecting information from different parts of the day.

LifeOS will understand your habits

LifeOS, which powers iKairos, tries to understand the user’s habits, preferences, relationships and experiences by combining information collected at different times.

For example, if a user often talks about sailing but never goes to learn it, the system can later suggest beginner sailing lessons for him. Similarly, if the user likes any artwork or other thing, iKairos can remember its visual information and remind him of it again later.

According to the company, in future this AI Core can also be used in other compatible hardware, such as home robots. This means that user information collected over time can also help new devices understand their habits and preferences.

Privacy was also taken care of

Physical camera shutter, privacy indicator light and manual mute button are provided in iKairos. Voice detection and capture is done on the device itself. The user can control whether the data is sent for cloud processing or not.

Lingverse says the data is encrypted during transfer and storage and the company will not use it for training its AI models. The user can also decide for how long the raw data will be saved and can delete individual records or the entire account data if necessary.

Currently iKairos is being showcased at IFA 2026. Lingverse has not yet disclosed its sale date and price.
